Our commitment

At Creatio, we believe everyone should have equal access to our platforms, regardless of ability.

We are committed to making our Learner Portal, creatiogreen, corporate website, and internal tools inclusive and useable for all.

We are aligning our platforms to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act.

What we are doing

We have successfully completed a comprehensive refactoring of the Learner Portal, ensuring full accessibility compliance and are now undertaking similar accessibility improvements for the centre facing side of creatiogreen before moving onto the internal side of creatiogreen.

The refactoring of our corporate website is already underway.

As part of our work to ensure accessibility across our platforms we have/are undertaking the following:

Developed and issued internal best-practice documentation to guide our development team in applying accessibility standards across their work from design to testing to deployment. This documentation provides clear accessibility standards, practical coding examples, and testing protocols, enabling our developers to integrate accessibility principles seamlessly into all future projects.

Internally validated features through a combination of automated tools, manual testing, and real-world evaluations using assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. Something we will continue to do going forward and have now embedded into our development practices.

Engaging accessibility specialists to undertake independent, external verification and testing of our various platforms with the aim of completing the testing of the Learner Portal in December 2025 and centre facing side of creatiogreen in June 2026 once the redesign of this side of the solution is launched in April 2026.

Conducting manual, automated testing across key user journeys.

Publishing VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates) for each platform:

  • The Learner Portal VPAT will be published in December 2025 following the external audit.
  • VPATs for the centre facing side of creatiogreen will be published in July 2026 once the external audit is completed.
  • The VPAT for the Creatio corporate website will be published in December 2025.

Known Accessibility Issues as of 24th September 2025

Whilst we are confident – in advance of the external audits – that the majority of our platforms are compliant with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements and the remaining areas will be addressed with the work we are undertaking; some Users may notice the following in the interim:

  • Some interactive elements may not be fully keyboard accessible yet
  • Certain colour contrasts may not meet guidelines – we are engaging with our various clients on the colours each client configured on their versions of creatiogreen to ensure they meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements
  • Some "Form" fields may not be fully labelled for screen readers
  • Some pages may not display optimally on all screen sizes or devices (responsive issues)

WCAG 2.2 Requirements Not Applicable to Our Platforms

The following areas of the WCAG 2.2 requirements are not applicable to our creatiogreen platforms:

WCAG Requirement Level Rationale for Non-Applicability
1.2.1 Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded) A Our platforms don't host prerecorded audio-only or video-only content.
1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded) A Our platforms don't host or produce video content with synchronised audio that would require captions.
1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded) A We don't provide prerecorded video content that would require audio descriptions.
1.2.4 Captions (Live) AA Our platforms don't broadcast live audio content that would require real-time captioning.
1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded) AA We don't host prerecorded video content requiring audio descriptions.
1.4.2 Audio Control A Our platforms don't auto-play audio content for more than 3 seconds.
1.4.4 Resize Text AA This is achieved through responsive design principles that are standard in our development practices rather than requiring specific implementation guidance.
1.4.5 Images of Text AA Our platforms use actual text rather than images of text for content delivery.
2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap A This is a fundamental requirement that's built into standard HTML practices and doesn't require special implementation in our platform contexts.
2.1.4 Character Key Shortcuts A Our platforms don't implement single character key shortcuts that would trigger this requirement.
2.2.1 Timing Adjustable A Our platforms don't use time limits for completing tasks or accessing content.
2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide A We don't implement moving, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating content that would trigger this requirement.
2.3.1 Three Flashes or Below Threshold A Our platforms don't contain content that flashes more than three times per second.
2.4.5 Multiple Ways AA This is addressed through standard website navigation architecture (menus, search, breadcrumbs) that are part of our core design patterns rather than specific implementation requirements.

Creatio's commitment to continuous improvement

Accessibility is not a one-off task — it is part of an ongoing commitment.

We are committed to regularly reviewing our platforms and update this statement as we make progress and we aim to update this statement every 6 months – at least - or after any major platform updates.
